Every month we invite our photographers to participate in the Bella Baby photo contest. The monthly contest is open to Bella Baby and Bella Life photographers nationwide. This contest is a chance for our photographers to show off their best work, and we love recognizing the incredible talent of our team. In the past, we’ve hosted monthly and quarterly themed contests and enjoyed seeing our photographers’ creativity shine. Beginning in January 2024, we made a slight change to our contests. The quarterly contest will remain a themed submission and photographers may submit any images taken during the quarter that fit the theme. However, we will no longer have a theme for our monthly contests. We invited our photographers to submit their best images taken during the month. The results blew us away!
Here’s what some of our January 2024 contest winners said about their images:
Sara Buffa, Bella Baby 2nd place winner said: “This little guy was so sweet. His session went seamlessly. He settled so nicely into his belly pose, and I snapped at the perfect time to catch that little smirk! He made my job look so simple, but he acted like he was the one working. This little smile was the perfect addition to his gallery.”
Bella Life 2nd place winner Alison Thompson shared this about her winning image: “This was an in-home shoot at a very adorable, but small home. They had this beautiful yellow armchair, and I thought he would be so adorable in his little suspenders sitting in that chair. He wasn’t big on the smiles, but he had the most precious little smirk. I was so happy I could capture his sweet personality in a photo.”
Toty Gutierrez received an honorable mention in our January Bella Life contest. Here’s what she shared about her image: “Little Luke is one of my favorites! His parents purchased a Milestone Package and this is the second time I have had the fortune of capturing his beautiful soul, and both times his smile has been voted into the finals. I feel especially honored as his parents told me that he does not often smile, but whenever I come around with my camera, he lights up. A future star in the making!”
