October gave us beautiful fall colors, dramatic light, and some truly incredible moments behind the lens. Every month, our talented team of newborn photographers brings their creativity and technical skill to our contest, and the October 2025 contest was no exception. The submissions were packed with personality, storytelling, and precious moments.

Behind the winning images
“This session was especially meaningful to me. I love when parents come prepared and excited, knowing that even in the hospital we can create truly beautiful memories. In this case, the parents brought two sweet little teddy bears that added a personal and tender touch to the photograph.
This is not the first time I’ve won first place with twins, and every time I have a twin session I feel an incredible joy. Working with two newborns at once is a beautiful challenge that fills me with excitement. I always feel a positive pressure to give my very best—for the babies, for the parents, and for the story I want to capture through my lens.
I take my time, I stay patient, and I pour all my passion into photographing them. Twins fascinate me because they share the same beginning, the same womb, yet they already express their own unique essence. That contrast inspires me every single time.

“Mom was glowing while I was taking pictures of just the baby. I was hoping her/and dad would join in, but they were a little reluctant at first. After a bit of coaxing, they agreed.
