Each month, we host a nationwide contest and invite our talented photographers to submit the images that best capture the heart of what we do. Then, we gather all the winning images and turn it over to the people who know our work best: our team. Voted on company-wide, our Photos of the Year represent the moments that moved us, inspired us, and reminded us why we love what we do. We’re thrilled to share the 2025 photos of the year and to celebrate the photographers and stories behind them.
Bella Baby 2025 photo of the year
“I love capturing the sweet bond between dads and their babies. This dad was so excited to be part of the moment. The baby was wide awake, and when I asked Dad to bring the baby close to his face, they both started smiling at each other.
It was a simple, beautiful moment, and I hope this photo brings their family joy for many years to come.”

Jennifer won 1st place just a few weeks ago in the December monthly contest for this image. We love the way Jennifer captured the connection between a father and his new baby. Welcoming a baby is a joyful time and the smile in this image beautifully preserves the feeling of this special moment. Congratulations Jennifer!
Bella Baby 2025 themed photo of the year
“Mom and dad used Bella Baby with their other babies. They wanted photos for their 4th baby boy but didn’t have a blanket, so we just used a hospital blanket. He was so content throughout the session. As I was getting ready to take a shot he gave a great big yawn. It was perfect timing.”

Previously, Maura received 1st place in our Best Yawn themed 1st quarter contest for this image. Newborn yawns are precious but fleeting, and Maura captured this one beautifully. Congratulations Maura!
Bella Life 2025 photo of the year
“This is one of my favorite images! When I was staging the basket, both “big brothers” were curious about it. Then when they were both sitting there, I simply said, “Ok! Look at your baby!” and BOTH heads head right down…such a fun moment.”
