Each month, our skilled photographers are given the opportunity to enter in the Bella Baby photo contest—an arena where their talent shines brightly. Join us as we give a big round of applause to the winners of our November Bella Baby Photography photo contest! 📸🏆👏
We asked our photographers to tell us a little something about their winning images, here’s what they had to say.
Here’s what Mollie had to say about this adorable photo that tied for 1st place: “I wanted to make sure to capture a photo that would showcase their sweet little outfits. Big brother proudly got into position as I laid baby cheek to cheek with him. I told brother his only job was to smile up at me, loud and proud!!”
Here’s what Toty had to say about these adorable brothers whose photo tied for 1st place, “Having worked with Bella Baby for several years, I often get the opportunity to see the same families return as their families grow. With this particular family, I had the privilege of photographing their firstborn, and now, he is the proud big brother of two other siblings.I wanted to capture how excited they were to see their new little brother. So, with the help of their parents, I put them all on the couch, rested their brother in their arms, and asked them, “how it felt to hold their new little brother?”Immediately, you could see the pride in the oldest’s face while holding his little brother, and the face of his other brother says it all! Capturing little moments like this makes everyday at Bella so special!”
Read what Tonya had to say about this sweet photo she captured of this tiny NICU baby, “This sweet baby was in the NICU for a few weeks. His mom is a post-partum nurse at the hospital. He was hooked up to more devices, but she unhooked him for a few photos. I took photos of him by himself, some with just mom and dad, some with the whole family of five and then this one at the end when the oldest brother seemed like he didn’t want to leave. Mom said baby had never been as alert as he was in this photo looking up at his big brother. It was a very touching moment. It’s not possible to shoot with natural light in the NICU so I turned all of the lights on. Surprisingly, it made for nice lighting in the photos. Everyone was so excited when this little doll was able to go home a week later.”
